My Ancestors, Myself: Reflective Collage with Lurlynn Franklin

Learn from an artist currently featured in the museum’s galleries during this dynamic collage workshop with Lurlynn Franklin, exploring family history, memory and the traits passed from one generation to the next. Franklin will offer a look into her creative practice and guide participants in using photographs and mixed media to reflect on their own families.

All materials are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring photographs or memorabilia connected to their family history.
